Domaine Granajolo

Founded in 1974 by André Boucher, the 25 hectares of vines of the Granajolo domain were  once “swallowed” by the shrub. Situated in the municipality of Sainte Lucie of Porto Vecchio, the vineyards are cultivated according to the "Ecocert" method without the use of  manure, pesticides and chemical herbicides. Only copper sulphate and sulphur are used.  The vineyards on the slopes enjoy a dry microclimate, with purifying sea breezes. The blend of grapes is the traditional one of the “Appellazione Vini della Corse Porto Vecchio “: Sciaccarellu, Niellucciu, Vermentinu. Nature enthusiasts André and Monika Boucher practice organic farming. The growing and wine making methods are rigorously controlled during the year by Ecocert and other protection bodies, who give their approval for the "Culture Biologique" brand. This brand name means that the wines are produced with an organic farming method.  Gwenaele is a oenology graduate from the university of Bordeaux, manages the company with her mother, bringing innovations to the business.

Flavour: rounded, soft, of cinnamon, with a pleasant warm note, fresh ending.

Vinification : direct pressing, vinified at a fermentation temperature of 15°
