Domaine A Ronca

The company is situated to the north – west of Corisca, in the municipality of Calenzana, in the heart of the Balange area, a few km from Calvi. The Figarelle company is spread over 25 hectares of land. The Ronca company is adjoining and it stretches over 12 hectare of land. The two vineyards have native and traditional blend of grapes: Sicaccarello, Vermentino and Nielluccio. The vines are between 15 and  40 years old. The soils are mainly made of granitic-sand, the lands are acidic and with the dry,warm climate of Corsica the yield is limited, and the result is a well balanced quality grape. The growing of the vines is carried out with  full respect of the environment,the treatments are minimized and the different tasks are done manually. The harvests are manual for Red and White wine, and mechanical for Rosè wines.
