The wine is made from a careful selection of Vermentino grapes of our Vineyard situated in Bolgheri.
The manual harvest allows for a first selection of the grapes in the vineyard, a second selection takes place in the winery on the selection table.
Soft pressing at 5° and inox fermentation at 18° for 18 days.
Bottle ageing.
Yield per ha.: 80 Ql.
Yield per plant: 1.100 Gr.
Soil: clay, medium texture

It was the year 1954, when Emilio Fuselli, a settler from the Marche area of Italy, bought a plot of land from the Marquis Incisa della Rocchetta: the production was essentially agricultural, but the first vineyards were planted. After him, his son Aldo – together with his own sons, Maurizio and Giancarlo – continued to expand the activity, with the introduction of the production of oil; but it was Maurizio, who permanently transformed the direction of the company, planting only vines. His great passion for the production of wines and his vast previous experience in the field enabled Maurizio to refine these skills which led to the first harvest in 2003 and the construction of the winery: small, but innovative and functional, designed to unite genuine traditions to the most advanced wine making techniques.The farm collaborates with oenologist Fabrizio Moltard.

Maceraztion and fermentation on the skins in new barriques for about 7 days, with constant punching – down.
Devatting and very soft pressing.
Untierior ageing in steel followed by bottle ageing.
Yield per hectare.: 55 Ql.
Productivness per plant: 780 Gr.
