Azienda Agricola Sada
The wine making project of Davide Sada began in 2000 in Casale Marittimo, an area that offers a view of the sea from the hills tops at an altitude of 300 meters. After an accurate geological survey, suitable lands for the production of high quality grapes were identified in the area between Marittimo, Bibbona e Bolgheri. The project was undertaken under the consultancy of oenologist Maurizio Castelli.Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Montepulciano and Alicante, a total of 9 hectares of land are planted in alluvial, clay soils. Four hectares of Vermentino have been planted on the hills of Casale Marittimo, on the clay, sandstone soils, this project is linked to the taste and passion of the Countess Cristiana Durini of Monza, Davide’s wife.
