Fattoria Sardi

Fattoria Sardi Giustiniani, property of Counts Sardi for two centuries, is in “via della Maulina”, just 4 km from the Lucca walls on the way to sea. The estate extends over 45 hectares and has approximately 19 hectares of specialized vineyards under organic viticulture in the “DOC Colline Lucchesi” area. The “DOC Colline Lucchesi” is one of the oldest viticulture appellations in Italy and it is situated in the Northwest of Tuscany, between the Tirrenean sea and the Appennino mountains. The fresh, ventilated and sunny climate of this area gives the wines vivacity and a unique complexity that makes these wines the perfect expression of an exceptional Terroir.Since 2002 the management both of the Fattoria Sardi Giustiniani and of the farmhouse was entrusted to Jacopo and Matteo Giustiniani, grandsons of the Countess Maria Adelaide Sardi, who have been constantly improving the quality of the wine production that was started by their grandfather Sebastiano in the eighties.
