The vineyards are manually grown, with natural methods, without any herbicides or chemical fertilizers or synthetic products, only a compound fertilizer is used.The traditional methods are followed through the course of the year, from the pruning to the harvest. The harvest is manual, therefore the grapes maintain their characteristics without any alterations.

Colour clear straw yellow with green highlights 
Aroma strong, floral, mineral, complex and smoky 
Flavour  : of sea, full, balanced, fresh and fruity. 
Conclusion : a strong, fine wine . with a good length. 
White: direct crushing, cold settling in tanks – processing between (3 and 5°)
