With the new DOC TERRATICO DI BIBBONA Massimo Ciarcia’s Farm has increased its supply of products with the Red MISTOBOSCO DOC , Red MISTOBOSCO DOC Superiore, LE CARRAIE DOC 100% Vermentino The last wine of the Ciarcia Massimo’s production is a Rosè wine Tuscan IGT “Le Carraie” made from Sangiovese grapes fermented after a brief maceration on the skins.
