The training system is spurred cordon with annual return. During the summer season the shoot thinning takes place.
The vineyard is irrigated with a system that controls every drop of water.
The harvest is manual and it takes place at the end of Septmber.
The wine is ready to be bottled the following April.

The company was founded in 1974 by Father Franco. The vine and the olive tree are cultivated in the farm, the latter bound to the DOP. The vineyards are esposed on the southwest and are sunny for 10 hours a day at least.
