An organic farming in a half of the hill, between the dry and a bit stingy lands, a passion that has been handed down for generations, and slowly, it gets more and more refined technique and then particularly happy exposure: here is the secret of "Vermentino Colli di Luni " of the Cantina Boriassi. Do not miss anything of color, vivacity  and the precious natural balance: this is the objective of a work that begins with organic growing (certified ICEA-AIAB) and continues by the handmade grape harvest  as the tradition demands, for the white  wine-making  at a controlled temperature until the filtration and bottling. The company also produces an excellent and fragrant extra virgin organic olive oil, from selected olives of Tuscany.
