Typical Ligurian Vermentino, pure and pristine expression of its origin on Fosdinovo Hills.
With a straw yellow color, it develops a scent with hints of white flowers, red peach and apricot, with some graphite and salt substrates that make it complex and elegant. The taste is persistent with a solid structure, with good freshness and minerality.
Like every Ligurian Vermentino, this wine can only follow the tradition of the places where it was born, approaching the typical food of Genoa and La Spezia: shellfish, soups, seafood appetizers, pasta dishes with fish and fries. A good glass of Vermentino Colli di Luni is perfect to be tasted together with the pesto sauce, or typical dishes of La Spezia, like "mesciua" and codfish. Also focaccia with cheese, omelet of small little fishes, cicalas soup, pappardelle with mushroom cream, troffiette, baked croaker fish, boiled sea bass are all excellent companions of Vermentino Colli di Luni for a nice meal, characterized by a unique blend of flavors and sensations.
