The Farm Brunetti is located in Collemezzano in the municipality of Cecina, in the province of Livorno.The farm has 25 hectares of land with fruit trees, olive trees and vineyards, which can be visited also by bicycle, along the lanes which flank the lands and crops.The grapes are manually harvested, placed in boxes and carried to the company cellar, where the whole process of fermentation up to the bottling stage takes place, it is caried out with extreme care by wine experts and by the winegrower and owner Luigi Brunetti.Some wines are intended to age in barriques barrels, with a subsequent bottle ageing as well.The harvesting of the olives takes places after the grape harvest.
