Orenga de Gaffory

Created in the sixties on a clay and limestone soil, our vineyard of 60 hectares is made up of several lots, located in the towns of Saint-Florent, Patrimonio Oletta, and Barbaggio Poggio d'Oletta, all under the brand DOC Heritage. This territorial division allows the production of wines in which dominates the complexity of structure, balance and aromas. In our lots are present the most noble grape varieties and typical of Corsica: Vermentino for Heritage Blanc AOC, NIELLUCIO for red and rosé DOC Heritage, Muscat à petits grains for the AOC Muscat of Cap Corse. Our cellars equipped with the most modern tools (pneumatic presses, stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature) and our deposits at controlled temperatures allow to further exploit the potential of the grapes and to keep our wines in the best conditions. Using different winemaking techniques and specific time for harvest allow to offer three distinct cuvées: Cuvée Orenga Gaffory characterized by the freshness and aroma of fruits of its wines, the Cuvée Felice true expression of our different varieties, and Cuvée of Governors quintessence of our reserve wines, vinified and aged in oak barrels.
