Colour: straw yellow with golden highlights
Aroma: intense and lingering, with scents of spring flowers, with a pleasent background note of acacia blossom honey.
Flavour: fresh and harmonic, with scents of spring flowers and fresh fruit, with a balanced final savoury.
The structure of the wine makes it particularly suitable for traditional Ligurian dishes, such as testaroli with mushrooms, with a Ligurian filling, anchovies pies and stuffed squid.
