The Rigoli company is situated near the hills of Montepitti ( which protect the land from the cold winds of the north, creating an ideal microclimat) in the heart of the Val di Cornia, near the village of Cafaggio, half way along the road between the historical centres of Campiglia and Suvereto.
For centuries the lands of Cafaggio have been cultivated with vines and olive groves.
The aims and focus of the company is to maintain a harmonious naturally balanced environment, where innovations in vineyard management and new vinification techniques blend with the roots of traditions. With this belief, the smaller productions of extra virgin olive oil and mixed flower honey are as important.
