Tenute Olbios is located in the Vermentino di Gallura DOCG area, one of the most important area for the Italian oenology, an ancient land, rich of history and archaeological sites surrounded by an uncontaminated nature. The estate embraces 60 hectares of beautiful vineyards, oaks, wild pear trees, spontaneous flora such as wild lavender, brooms, orchids and thousands of other flowers. There are lakes hosting a heterogeneous wildlife of coots, hawks, partridges and wild boars, right in front of the magnificent Island of Tavolara that stands out on the oriental side, while on the west you can see the ruins of the ancient castle of Pedres, which stands a few hundred meters away. We have a large and bright tasting room with a modern design décor, while the building is a traditional granite and rural structure, perfectly restructured in order to maintain its original charm. Our wines are the result of a constant search for quality and excellence in an original and exclusive manner, in every aspect of the production. From the growing of the logs to the harvesting of the grapes, from the cure of the winemaking to the bottling all the way to the design of our bottles. 
As a matter of fact the methods used in the field and in the cellar are the high quality typical ones, using techniques and criteria that nowadays distinguish the so-called biological approach: very limited treatments to the plants rigorous hand-made harvesting of grapes, winemaking during the grape harvest, aging and bottling directly in the cellar.
