Made from Vermentino grapes certified ICEA and DEMETER grown in a biodynamic way. The grapes come from the company’s vineyards cultivated with the esplaier system, on acidic clay soils, with a low productivness per plants. The grapes are pressed, part of their musts are transfered in steel tanks, the other part in oak barriques, where the vinification with native yeasts takes place.

The farm "La Cerreta"covers 75 hectares in production Demeter biodynamic certified. The vineyards at Cerreta exist from ancient times, but the actual winemaking experience began in 1999 with the planting of 6 acres of old vineyard by previous owners, choosing a territory of the company that is more exposed to the "sunny" which gave the best wine of Pian delle Vigne, as said by the old inhabitants. The pesticide based treatments are only sulfur, bentonite and Bordeaux mixture with very low doses and also biodynamic preparations. The manual collection of small parcels and vinification with native yeasts makes our wines original, good personality and salubrity. There is no use of any type of the adjuvant wine in the winery and the fermentations follow their course naturally.
