The wine is made from a careful selection of Vermentino clones in our vineyard of Bolgheri.
The manual harvest allows a first selection of the grapes in the vineyard, then an other selection is made in the winery with the table selection.
Maceraztion and fermentation on the skins in new barriques for about 7 days, with constant punching – down.
Devatting and very soft pressing.
Untierior ageing in steel followed by bottle ageing.
Yield per hectare.: 55 Ql.
Productivness per plant: 780 Gr.
Soil : clay
Colour intense yellow with golden glints which convey its consistency and extractive skills.
The aroma is generous, full of the sweetness of ripe fruit, the scents of tropical fruits, ripe peach and melon stand out, sourrounded by perfectly balanced woody notes with give an elegant and characteristics touch to the wine.
The taste is not disappointing: very clean and full with an alcoholic content and a pleasantly ripe,dense fruit taste.
Harmonious, creamy with a balanced acidity, it develops into ripe fruits, toasted hazelnuts and smoky tones.
The wine ends with a persuasive and engaging length, in a rich and complex finale even in the after taste.
