Period and type of harvest: mid September with manual harvest in cases of 20 kg

Vinification technique: fermentation without the skins

Type and length of ageing process: in steel tanks untill January/ February

Colour: intense straw yellow
Aroma: fruity with evident scents of dry hay and rennet apple
Flavour: savoury and fresh, with large aromatic lingering and length
Aperitis, appetizers and starters of pork without gravy, fried fish, squid in zimino, squid stew
