Domaine Santamaria

Jean-Louis Santamaria is proud to be the descendant of the fifth generation of the wine tradition of Oletta. After a long period producing table wines, the family started to produce Muscat. They were the first ones in Oletta to put it on the market. Therefore the red wines and the Muscat are wines of our production. Jean-Louis Santamaria uses processing techniques that have been in the family for years: еhe vineyards are dug, hoed, pickaxed folowing the methods used in Corsica. As a Member of the Confraternity of the Vine Growers of Patrimonio, Jean-Louis actively participates in maximizing the wines of Patrimonio. He is a great, passionate worker, and he belongs to the Guides of the Wines of Corsica (Guide des Vins Corses). The complete range of wines of the Domaines has been successfully selected by the committee (particularly for the white wine of 2008).
