Dopo una pressatura diretta e una fermentazione termoregolata, la cura attenta a cui viene prestato gli conferisce una notevole finezza ed eleganza. Vino al tempo stesso secco e fruttato, l’aspetto cristallino, il profumo fruttato e floreale, il sapore vivace e pieno gli permettono di accostarsi a diversi tipi di piatti.

Domaine Gentile
In 1970 Viviane and Dominique Gentile, sons of growers, decided to start their own company. The goal is to protect their ideas regarding the quality, traditions and uniqueness of the blend of grapes on their lands in Corsica. Little by little the vines, the company and its marketing techniques grew. They soon obtained International and National recognition. In 1994 Jean Paul, the son an oenologist, contributed to the development of the company. The Gentile company understands the necessity to respect the environment, without losing image of its uniqueness and traditions: Working on the soil ( different tasks are necessary to replace herbicides) no chemical manure is used. All the processes are carried out with the belief that it is better to prevent than to cure. The Domaine Gentile is an organic farm and every part of the company follows this objective. The work of the vine grower can be summarized in 5 words: biology, environment, protection, tradition and respect. After the manual harvests, the delicate part of the processing takes palce in the climatized cellar: sorting table, rotary macerations, pneumatic press, controlled temperature fermentation, different vinifications stages, purification and settling. They use isotherm tanks for the maintainment of the low temperature that is necessary for the settling of the wines. A natural method for the storage of wine is always prefered. The bottles are kept in a climatized winery which means they become settled wines, fit for the table. The correct storage in the cellar can be summerized in 5 words: health, environemnt, identity, tradtion and respect.
