The must is separated from the skins after a maceration of a few hours that takes place at a low temperature, in order to preserve all the aromas and scents of the grapes.
The wine ferments in inox steel and it is left there for about 5 months.

The Bulichella Farm is situated in southern Tuscany, in front of the Island of Elba. Suvereto, a charming little medieval village, spreads over a hilly landscape; its lands are home to Bulichella. In recent years significant restructuring has been done, on the holiday farm and on the construction of a new winery, equipped with high quality machinery and a room reserved for the wine ageing in barriques.These new investments have been made with minimal environmental impact, the company has received an ICEA certification, one of the most important national biological control bodies. The company has achieved excellent recognition in the main National wine guides, such as Gambero Rosso, l’Espresso and Veronelli
