Silente
A white wine produced with Vermentino and Viogner grapes of a straw yellow color with greenish highlights, an intense and fine aroma, with nice hints of peach and spring flowers, a fresh flavour, long and pleasantly balanced. Taste between 8° and 10° degrees. A wine suitable forstarters, white meat, fish and cold cuts.
Sinfonia Gallurese
Traditional harvest, manual in order to save grapes integrity. Soft pressing and moost clarification. Low-tdemperature fermentation in stailess steel tanks (13-15°C) for 10/15 days, then refining on lees for 5/6 months and further refining in bottle for 1 month.
Solarancio
Colli di Luni Vermentino Solarancio 2010, extracted exclusively from the grapes of the Sarticola vineyard, situated at 220 metres above seal level in the locality of La Pietra del Focolare Bacchiano of Castelnuovo Magra, 8000 plants per hectare guyot trained, with a yield of 30 quintals/ hectare.
In its entirety it reminds us slightly of the elegance of an old champagne.
Solaris
The area of production is Ortonovo and Castelnuovo Magra, province of La Spezia, at about 100/150 metres above sea level.
Nature of the soil: clayey, rich of stone
Training system: Guyot
Vine density : 4000 plants per hectare
Average yield per plant: 1,8/2,2 kg
Average yield per hectare: 75/85 q
Average age of the vines in production: 15 years old
Period and method of harvest: end of September with manual harvest in 20 kg cases.
Fermentation containers: inox steel tanks
Vinification techniques: careful selection of the grapes, very soft pressing with the exclusive use of the must. Cooling at 10-12° with natural decantation. Fermentation at controlled temperature of 16-17° for 15 days. Rest for a length of time berween 50 and 90 days one the fine lees. Ageing in steel untill February.
