Our vineyards are situated in the municipality of Bolano, in the locality of Tirolo, where Liguria and Tuscany meet. Untill 2003 there were oak and chestnut woods here, nowadays there are terraces with about 6,000 strains of Vermentino, that have been in production since 2007.
Our White IGT Golfo dei Poeti “La dolce vita” wine is made at an altitude of 240-300 mt
The wine is made in steel barrels at a controlled temperature, with a soft pressing in order to crush the grapes as soon as they arrive in the cellar.
Afterwards the wine is aged in steel and filtered to be put on the market the following Spring.

Lagrimedda
Vino ottenuto da uve di piccoli vigneti di proprietà situati nella bassa Gallura, bene esposti a sud dove la brezza marina e l’escursione termica notturna fa esaltare i profumi del ginepro e della macchia mediterranea. Ottenuto in purezza da uve di Vermentino piantato a piede franco su sabbia bianca finissima a pochi passi dal mare. Vendemmia con raccolta a mano in casse a fine Settembre ed Imbottigliato all’origine nella Zona di Produzione. Vinificazione in bianco con cisterne d’acciaio a temperatura controllata.Segue un periodo di riposto ed ulteriore affinamento in bottiglia
Le Carraie
The vineyards are located in the hilly area to the north of the municipality of Bibbona, in a mixed clay soil, rich in pebbles, A terrain beautifully radiated by the sun at an altitude of 60 -70 metres above sea level.
The manual harvest takes place during the first 10 days of September based on the seasonal climate. The harvested grapes, are taken to a cellar and crushed, according to a soft crushing technique in order to maintain the aromas and organoleptic qualities of the grapes. The fermentation takes palce in inox tanks untill all the sugars have broken down. After the fermentation a natural decantation takes place, after which the wine is bottled. After a light bottle ageing the wine is ready to be sold.
