Vineyards: located in the municipality of Fosdinovo at an altitude ranging between 100 and 350 metres above sea level.
In the main vineyard of about 3 hectares the soil is sandy, silty and rich in texture; in the remaining plots of a total extention of 1 hectare, the soil is sandy.
Block: Guyot training system, with an average density of 8.400 plants per hectare
Harvest: manual, divided based on the maturation of the different plots. It takes place in the last week of Septmeber and the first two weeks of October.
Vinification: soft systems for the receipt of the grapes, brief cold maceration, fermentation at low temperature, divided in base of the plots, with ageing on the yeasts in steel vats for 6 months.
Bottling: in March with 2/3 months of glass ageing.
Yield per hectare: 70 quintals of grapes per hectare
