I nostri vigneti si trovano nel Comune di Castagneto Carducci, in località Casavecchia, zona collinare e sono costantemente raffrescati da una leggera brezza marina. I ceppi di vermentino, circa 1200, sono in produzione dal 2007. La vinificazione avviene in vasche di acciaio a temperatura controllata, usando una pressa soffice per pigiare le uve non appena arrivano in cantina. Il vino viene poi affinato in acciaio , filtrato e seguito per essere immesso in commercio nella primavera successiva.

VERMENTINO IS HISTORICALLY PRODUCT IN LUCCA. OUR PRODUCT COMES FROM THREE VINEYARDS GROWN AT 40-80 MT OF ALTITUDE IN CLAY SOILS RICH IN IRON OXIDE UP TO SANDY-SILT, EXPOSED SOUTHWEST AND SOUTH-EAST. ONE OF THE VINEYARDS IS OLD, 25 YEARS OLD, AND GIVES THE SAPIDITY, ACIDITY AND RARE NOTES OF MEDITERRANEAN HERBS. THE OTHER TWO ARE YOUNGER AND GIVE MINERALITY. THE WINE FERMENTS IN STEEL TANKS AT CONTROLLED TEMPERATURE AND AGES ON HIS FINE LEES.
